The Social Energy: How Our Hearts Shape Connection
One of my earliest writings focused on the incredible capabilities of the human heart, particularly how it determines and senses our emotions. Over time, I’ve become increasingly fascinated by the concept of energy, or “vital force,” and its profound impact on both our physical and emotional well-being.
Not only does this energy sustain life, but it also influences our environment and shapes the connections we have with others.
As I’ve explored energy more deeply, I’ve come to appreciate the role of technology in capturing “the field” that surrounds us. This field conveys important information about what's taking place inside our bodies, offering us a better understanding of our nature and responses.
At first, I was skeptical of the word “aura,” associating it with alternative and often fabricated practices. But as I dove deeper into the physiology of the human body, it became clear that we are fundamentally beings of energy, everything about us is sustained by some form of energy. This revelation expanded my perspective on how energy operates within us and how it can be harnessed to support our health.
It’s common knowledge that spending time with someone who exudes negativity can shift your mood, and similarly, being around positive, energetic people can uplift your spirits. This shift happens because we have an energetic shield that interacts with external and internal energies, transferring information in the process. There’s a fascinating science behind this, and for me, it reflects the beauty of God’s design.
There are countless references in scripture about the heart and its importance. We are instructed to guard our hearts because, as Proverbs 4:23 tells us,
"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."
This ancient wisdom resonates deeply, especially when we consider the heart as more than just an emotional centre.
It is a vital force that shapes our thoughts, intentions, emotions, and desires.
For most of my life, I saw this verse as referring primarily to emotions and how they influence our responses. But now, I ask: How are those emotions initially formed? How do they get processed? And how do they affect the heart’s energetic state?
From what we know about auric fields, we understand that they carry information, transfer energy, and influence the environment around us. They also serve as a safeguard, detecting danger and responding accordingly.
The Hebrew word for “heart” (לֵב, lev) refers to the inner person, encompassing more than just emotions; it includes thoughts, intentions, desires, and even our decisions. This speaks to the profound interconnectedness between our emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies.
The deeper I explore this idea, the more I see how vital it is to evaluate and understand the condition of our hearts. It’s not just about our emotional well-being, but about tending to the core of our being. I believe that when we honour the health of our hearts emotionally, spiritually, and energetically, we can better support the health of our entire body.
The scripture says,
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
The Hebrew phrase “מִכָּל-מִשְׁמַר” (mi kol mishmar) translates as “with all diligence,” underscoring the need to actively care for and protect our hearts.
Just as we shield our physical bodies, we must guard our emotional and energetic boundaries with intention and care.
I love using tools like the Healy Resonance scan to identify areas of imbalance, whether high or low energy, so we can focus on creating energy that is balanced and coherent. This helps us recognise when our emotional or energetic fields need support.
An aura scan, in particular, provides a deeper understanding of the state of the heart from an energetic perspective. It can reveal emotional imbalances, blockages, and the overall vitality of the heart’s energy. Through this process, we can gain insights into our emotional wounds, enhance our emotional intelligence, and promote healing on both the heart and body levels. These energetic imbalances often reflect underlying patterns of thought, emotions, and energy that shape our physical and mental health.
When we pay attention to our aura and the energy surrounding our hearts, we gain a clearer picture of our inner world. By tending to these energies with mindfulness and intention, we can foster holistic well-being.
It serves as a reminder that the way we think, feel, and respond energetically has a profound impact on our health, our relationships, and our ability to connect with others.
The heart is not just a symbol of emotion; it is the core of our being. It guides us, protects us, and influences every part of our lives. So, let’s take time to guard it, nourish it, and honour the powerful energy that flows through it.
If you're curious about the heart's profound impact on your well-being, an aura analysis can offer valuable insights into its energetic state. It’s a powerful tool to uncover emotional imbalances and foster deeper self-awareness for holistic healing.
